Returns and Exchanges

Prissy Trends Boutique's policy is to exchange only, no refunds. As part of our COVID-19 protocol, we will NOT be allowing returns on items except in the case of:

RETURNS
Manufacturer Defects:

  • If you have received an item with any manufacturer defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to info@prissytrendsboutique.shop  of the defective item along with all the details of your order invoice. 
  • Returns will not be allowed due to improper sizing or damage to products due to trying on. Please contact us with any sizing or product questions prior to placing an order at info@prissytrendsboutique.shop

*Please also keep the following in mind that:

  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE
  • All mystery box orders are FINAL SALE
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE

**Once returns are received please allow 3 business days to process

STORE CREDIT
* Not redeemable for cash nor transferable
* Cash refunds not allowed in exchange for store credit

 All returns must be initiated by emailing us at prissytrendsboutique@gmail.com and place Return in the subject line. Please allow two business days for your email to be answered. 

Items will be received and inspected before exchanges or store credit given.
